In-Home services for children and adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and the community, children as young as 6 years old. This is a person-centered program of care that meets the physical, emotional, health, and safety needs of the individuals served. Our support professionals,

Independent Living Services
Independent Living Supports are provided to adults with developmental disabilities who have the BI (Building Independence) waiver, who live in their own homes and need minimal, targeted assistance to maintain independence and stability in the community.

Service Model

Who Is a Good Fit

Supported Living Program
We provide individualized Supported Living services designed to help adults with developmental disabilities live independently in their homes whether it's leased, owned or a family residence while receiving the support they need to thrive.
Individuals must have the Community Living (CL) waiver or the Family & Individual Support (FIS) waiver.
